They say - "a picture speaks a thousand words". This is my experiment to see if the quote holds true even for pictures taken by an amateur.

The Museum Series - The Staring Game
Till date I have not been able to understand what people try to decipher by staring at a picture, no offense intended to anyone. May be I am yet to develop the maturity to savor the intricacies of a painting and understand the psyche of the painter making the painting. For me, its like a staring game. Who would blink first :)
The Museum Series - Rebell Yell
Although I do like paintings and photography, but not all of them attracts my attention, especially not based on their date of creation or the importance of the artist. I enjoy museums in a completely different way - through my lenses. This is a shot in the Minnesota institute of arts.Just don't ask me what it is.

A Slight Tinge of Color
This is a shot from inside the house at Northfield MN. It was around -6F that day. It was stark white outside. I find it interesting to see how a slight color can bring life to a white landscape.

Love @ first sight
I met this beautiful golden retriever in a Dog Park in Northfield, MN and I fell for it immediately. It was Love at first sight.
Stalking Prey
This is a Siberian wolf. The shot was taken in the Minnesota zoo when the wolf came very near to the glass window separating the wilderness from civilization. The wolf started stalking all the children running around.
